From day one, our design team will collaborate with you to get your vision on paper.
Our development team works closely with stakeholders to create an executable plan and approvals strategy to make your dream a reality.
Our cross-disciplinary project management team handles all aspects of project execution to ensure your time is spent where it is needed, not managing consultants and contractors.
The approvals process in Ontario is extremely complex; while necessary, Official Plans and Zoning can be notoriously difficult to follow and vital information can easily be overlooked, costing owners time and delays. Our team is experienced in the nuances of planning legislation. Whether you need a variance for your addition, surveying for a severance, or a development agreement on a new project, let us focus on the process and save you the stress of a missed detail. We are well-equipped to navigate the complex processes of Ontario’s planning regulations on your behalf.
It is easy to design beautiful buildings and homes; it is much harder to thoughtfully design functional spaces with cost and efficiency in mind. Our in-house designers boast an array of proficiencies, allowing us to move beyond design and handle permits (BCIN) as well as grading and lot verification (in house LIDAR capabilities; preferred relationship with 3rd party OLS). Our multifaceted approach to design ensures that your needs are met every step of the way by taking your ideas and translating them into approvable, innovative design solutions that exceed expectations. We take our lead from your needs and translate them into your available options.
Project Management is not about a project; it is about the people and processes that a project involves. We do not believe that schedule, quality, and budget need to be at odds. At the start of your project, we will work with you to determine your priorities. Aligning on this early helps our team to advise you on the appropriate decisions during your project. We operate as your representative in all matters, coordinating consultant teams, liaising with approval authorities, ensuring design directives meet budget and scheduling requirements, and ensuring general alignment across all parties and decision-making. Let us take the headaches out of your project.
Development as a process is difficult to learn as it is not static; it is an ever-changing, multi-disciplinary system that involves constant attention to each of its parts. Owing to our team’s diverse hands-on background in the various aspects of Development, including Planning, Engineering, Surveying, Law, Construction, Finance, and Architectural Design, we are uniquely qualified to oversee your project and advise you on the entire process. We are your one-stop solution to managing any and every aspect of your project.
