  • Head of Construction

    Co-founder, with over a decade of experience leading construction projects and managing site crews across the GTA, Grey County and beyond, James leads the PlanForge Construction Management team and is involved in all estimating, procurement, Project Management and site related activities.


  • Head of Development

    As an accomplished developer both in the home building and commercial world, Blake has successfully led the visioning, development and registration of thousands of homes and tens of thousands of square feet of non-residential space. With experience in the regions of Halton, Wellington, Bruce and Grey, Blake brings a well rounded knowledge of the entire development process and strategic partnerships with both staff and industry across South Western Ontario.


  • Head of Design

    With over 15 years in architectural design, I specialize in creating custom homes that reflect each client’s lifestyle and vision. As co-founder and Head of Design at Plane Forge Project Solutions, I’m passionate about blending creativity with practicality to bring dream homes to life. Outside of work, I enjoy sports and time with my wife Ainsley and our golden retrievers, Sadie and Millie.


  • Head of Sales

    As a co-founder of PlanForge, Jason Harrison is dedicated to guiding clients through the design and construction process with clarity and confidence. He combines hands-on industry knowledge with a focus on client relationships, ensuring every project is thoughtful, efficient, and aligned with the client’s vision. In addition to his role as co-founder, Jason leads the sales department, where his approachable style and deep understanding of the industry help clients feel supported from first conversation to final handover. He believes great design is about more than structure, it’s about building trust and lasting impact.
